We understand that going to the dentist is not at the top of anyone’s list of favorite things to do, so we created an environment where one could feel relaxed and at ease while at one of life’s most dreaded places: the dentist! Dr. Leah Lovett has been practicing locally for 15 years and is one of the area’s most trusted dentists.

  • Dr.
    Leah K. Lovett

    Dr. Leah Lovett is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She has been a practicing dentist for 15 years but has worked in the dental field for 25 years, starting her career as a Certified Dental Assistant in 1996. Her passion and love for the profession has been demonstrated throughout the years in her tireless effort to provide the best care possible for her patients. Dr. Lovett is honored to have earned the confidence of many dental professionals and dental specialists, receiving countless referrals from like-minded practitioners who truly care for their patients. Dr. Lovett holds memberships in the ADA, FDA, NEDDA, and AGD, and has been recognized as one of Jacksonville’s Top Dentists each year since 2015.

    Dr. Leah and her husband of 20 years, Paul, have two sons and have lived in the Fernandina/Yulee area for the past seven years. They enjoy many outdoor activities including hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, and traveling. Together they opened Island Grove Dental--more than just a dental practice--a place that feels like home!
